You agree that, in any legal action arising from or related to your use of or orders placed on Game-Jungle.com or to these Terms of Use, the United States District Courts for Kentucky shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue over such action, or if that court lacks subject matter jurisdiction, the District Court of Trimble County, Kentucky shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue over such action.
